Order placed between December 1st and 24th will have an extended returns period of 60 days.

Our returns policy entitles you to a refund or an exhange for an item bought online within 30 days of purchase. Please note that when returning an item it must be as new.

Exchanges follow the same principles as above. When we receive the item back we will send the exchange item to you.

If you are wanting to exchange or get a refund, please follow the instructions below : We are very happy to exchange/refund your items for you. We do not currently have the capability to provide return labels, but we are working on it. Please ensure you put a note in the package explaining if you want a refund or exchange and also include your order number so we know it’s from you. Your order will be automatically refund if you don’t put a note in the parcel.
